Jodie Lewis-Guitmann – Dedicated Supporter and Colon Cancer Survivor
Jodie is an active mother of two. She is well under 50 and alive today because her doctor took the extra precaution of ordering a colonoscopy to assess her seemingly mild symptoms. She was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Colon cancer rarely presents itself with any clear symptoms before it is already very advanced. If we wait and put off screening, polyps can form and grow, completely undetected, into deadly cancer.
Jodie knows that the only way to catch colon cancer early is through preventative screening. She is now cancer free and has joined our team of dedicated supporters. Jodie also knows that together we will get the word out to many more people each year and eradicate unnecessary deaths from colon cancer.

- She recently contacted Mehmet Oz and appeared on the Dr. Oz Show highlighting the need to pay attention to your body and act if anything seems unusual.
